Hello. I'm Carey Broen
After many years in the retail fashion and advertising industries where I honed my creative marketing, project management and client service skills, I decided to combine these capabilities with my passion for beautiful textiles and linens.
Crisplinens was born in 2005 with the idea that we could provide a valuable service to interior designers who wanted access to unique and beautiful linens but were time crunched and often focused on the larger aspects of their projects.
Fourteen years and hundreds of projects later, Crisplinens now services many of Canada's leading interior design firms I am so proud to have as clients. Our Service First Approach
Crisplinens provides Interior Designers with access to the world of ultra luxury linens combined with a unique service offering that adds value and saves time. Our approach is founded in collaboration and customer service to ensure that your clients are delighted with their linen purchase and your experience is equally satisfying
DESIGN BRIEF
The first step is for us to immerse ourselves in the design project for which you wish to purchase linens. Typically at this stage the designer shares the design strategy, fabric swatches, paint colours and any other pertinent elements of project such as measurements, budget and timing.
EXPLORATION
Armed with a clear understanding of the designers vision, Crisplinens works with its suppliers to identify potential solutions for the project that meet the needs and desires of the designers and their clients. Both standard and custom solutions can be explored and a number of options are presented to the designer.
EXECUTION & DELIVERY
Once a solution and products are chosen, Crisplinens manages all of the purchasing details and work with our suppliers on any custom work required. During the process Designers are kept informed as to the status of the orders and any changes to deliver dates etc.
Crisp Linens can organize shipping locally and internationally for any of your U.S. or off-shore projects.
